As part of the “School for All” project, the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) organized a friendly football tournament, in cooperation with Gruppo di Volontariato Civile (GVC), funded by the Italian Agency for Development and Cooperation, which included four teams from four schools, consisting of about 50 Lebanese and Syrian students.
The aim of the football tournament was to highlight the importance of sports and to promote civil peace and to contribute to the social integration between Lebanese and Syrians. At the end of the tournament, medals and cups were distributed to the participating teams.
The tournament is a step towards achieving the ultimate goal of not dropping out of school and supporting the public school.
