The Mennonite Central Committee has recently produced a blast of hope in the Northern Bekaa area partnering LOST in the “Material Resource Distribution” project. The led initiative which targeted 600 Syrian refugee families and 200 vulnerable Lebanese families with over 4 kids produced a small but essential aid system for their life continuity.
The aid which was delivered to the houses of the beneficiaries ensuring their comfort and dignity preservation, included a hygiene kit, a relief kit and a dehydrated soup bag. The initiative is a touch that reached the lives of many but the gap is way bigger and it needs more and more efforts.
