Known as the world’s most famous English exam, the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. It is jointly managed by the British Council, IDP, IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English, and was established in 1989. More than a million people around the world take this exam each year.
The IELTS exam opens doors towards migration, study, and work around the world, and is certified from nine thousand organizations worldwide, including governmental, academic, and employers. The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) accredited the IELTS exam, and opened a center in Baalbeck, which paves the way to prepare for the IELTS exam through direct sessions. Students are now able to register by visiting LOST’s main center in Baalbeck.
