The Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST), in cooperation with UNICEF and the municipality of Baalbeck carried out the first stage of cleaning the Baalbeck ruins and its surroundings. More than sixty young men and women participants in the “Skills for Active Youth” project carried out by LOST, in partnership with UNICEF participated in the campaign.
“For the second year in a row, we are collaborating with the municipality and UNICEF to launch a campaign to clean the courtyard and its surroundings, in preparation for the tourism season”, stated campaign coordinator, Hussein Nabha. This campaign comes in cooperation with LOST to prepare for the auspicious summer season this year, and to promote a culture of cleanliness among youth.
